Our favourite Spring/Summer 2024 jewellery trends

The sun is setting later and later, and Summer is on the horizon – we can almost smell the al fresco picnics and post-work drinks from here. And the best part? It’s nearly time to dust off our Summer wardrobes (no more big coats!) Here’s our favourite Spring/Summer 2024 jewellery trends, to complement your Summer looks.

Pastels

Pastels for spring? Groundbreaking. But we say if it’s not broken, don’t fix it. Opting for delicate, pastel hued lab-grown diamonds – like our Elara collection – can add a girly touch to your S/S wardrobe. The beautiful, muted toned stones complement floral and lighter toned outfits perfectly.

Modern pendant necklaces

Move over, standard pendant necklace. While a pendant is a tried and tested classic, this Summer we’re all into necklaces with a twist. For example, our Wanderlust pendant necklace appears to be suspended, floating on the neckline. Our Vivara necklace is also a modern take on a tennis necklace, with 15 small diamonds suspended from the chain, rather than the traditional line of diamonds. Wear them alone for a subtle statement, or layer them up for maximalist chic.

Rubover pieces

The rubover setting – also known as being ‘bezel set’ is everywhere at the moment. It’s a trendy, minimalist setting, that is actually also super sensible; the rubover setting is the most protective setting for your diamond or gemstone. It’s easy to try the trend – simply opt for whatever your favourite piece is, in a rubover setting – any piece of jewellery can be bezel set. Try a rubover tennis bracelet, drop earrings or even a ring.

Huggie hoops

When it starts to heat up (we hope!) the last thing we want is jewellery getting in our way. We want our hair up, a bikini on, a cocktail in hand, and a glamorous jewellery look – without it irritating us. That’s why we love huggie hoop earrings. These earrings have all the glamour and impact of a hoop, while being as light and unnoticeable as a stud earring.

Minimalist wedding & engagement rings

If you’re a bride to be, you need to know the biggest wedding and engagement ring trend for 2024. Traditionally, the engagement ring takes centre stage, with the wedding band being its less-blingy counterpart. However, the newest trend is to keep both parts minimalist and chic, or to reverse the roles – allowing the wedding ring to really shine. Check out the Amora ring collection, where the sleek solitaire engagement rings come with or without a hidden halo, and the matching wedding rings have a unique, scalloped design – ensuring the most important ring isn’t just an afterthought.
