Have you bought an item from TheDiamondStore.co.uk and now need a copy of the insurance valuation or another certificate? Here’s how to get your jewellery documents quickly and easily.
1. Sign in – on the Home page
Go to TheDiamondStore.co.uk and click on the ‘Sign In’ link at the top right of the page.
2. Log into your account
You’ll now be on the Login page. Enter the email that you registered with when you bought your most recent item. Then enter your password. Also, tick the Captcha box below (this simply authenticates your request). Forgot your password? Click the link below the login boxes where it says ‘Forgot your password?’ and follow instructions to get a new one.
3. Locate the item
You’ll now be on your Account page. Straightaway, you’ll be able to see all the items you’ve ordered in the past under Order History. Locate the jewellery order you want and click the box next to it, where it says ‘View Order’.
4. Get your certificate
You’ll now be on the Order Summary page. Look underneath the items. Any available documents and certificates will appear here. Simply click on the one you want. It will open as a PDF document, which you can print, or save onto your computer. You can also change the name and address on your Valuation Certificate from here. Simply click on the link that says ‘Edit Valuation PDF’.
